Teaching is a challenging and exhausting profession, but it is well worth it, and the journey is rewarding! As a teacher of language, I have encountered a variety of scenarios over my career, each with its own set of challenges for me to overcome. These difficulties have an impact on my teaching life as well as my students’ learning process. Creating engaging and collaborative classroom activities for students has been one of my concerns. Allowing students to collaborate requires planning and preparation as well.

Another issue I confront is juggling my career and personal life. As a teacher, it is easy to become preoccupied with work and neglect other vital elements of life, such as family, friends, and hobbies. This can lead to stress and tiredness, both of which can have a bad influence on my teaching process.

In order to have students who think critically and are problem-solvers, it is vital to provide a supportive learning journey. Thus, students will wish to participate in the discussion and activities. In addition, keeping yourself motivated and passionate about teaching is often another problem, hence, we, as teachers, should learn and grow continuously, and reflect on our lessons.

Talking about the future, I have got some goals ahead and I do my best to achieve them. One of them is getting rid of the traditional ways of teaching grammar and its activities. Developing techniques for meeting the various requirements of the learners is another aim so that my classroom would become a welcoming and positive learning environment for everyone. Another critical aim is to install learning love within the students and boost them to think critically and become problem-solvers.
